If the Patient is unable to attend the scheduled appointment, they must inform Mikroravi Dental Clinic at least 24 hours before the appointment.
An appointment can be canceled or rescheduled in the following ways:
- By phone: (+372) 6 669 669during Mikroravi Dental Clinic’s opening hours
- By email: info@mikroravi.ee
- Using the link provided in the appointment confirmation emailor reminder SMS
- Through the “My Appointments”section on the clinic’s website
To cancel an appointment, the Patient must verify their identity using ID-card, Mobile-ID, or Smart-ID. If desired, a new appointment can be booked via the clinic’s online booking system at www.mikroravi.ee.
If a Patient cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or fails to attend without prior notice, Mikroravi Dental Clinic reserves the right to charge the Patient for the costs associated with being prepared to provide healthcare services, in accordance with the clinic’s price list.
These costs include but are not limited to:
- Single-use materials and supplies prepared for the appointment
- Sterilization of reusable instruments
- Waste disposal for materials prepared for the appointment
- Employee salary costs
- Clinic maintenance costs
The fee for the readiness to provide healthcare services (for non-attendance without prior notice) is €35. This is based on the Health Insurance Act § 70-(6).
