The procedure for managing the planned treatment waiting list at Mikroravi OÜ has been developed in accordance with the Minister of Social Affairs’ regulation No. 46, issued on August 21, 2008, titled “Requirements for the Availability of Healthcare Services and the Management of Treatment Waiting Lists.”
Mikroravi Dental Clinic maintains waiting list records in digital format.
A receptionist registers patients on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM:

Patient Registration in the Waiting List
When a patient is added to the treatment waiting list, the following details are recorded:
- Patient’s full name, personal identification code (or date of birth if unavailable);
- Planned appointment date;
- Reason for medical service(diagnosis and name of the procedure, examination, or surgery);
- Patient’s contact details;
- Referring doctor’s contact details(if a referral exists);
- Date of inclusion in the waiting list;
- Date and reason for any changesmade in the waiting list (e.g., moving up, postponement, or removal);
- Reason code for placement in the queue, if the waiting time exceeds the maximum length set by the Estonian Health Insurance Fund;
- Confirmation that the patient has been informedabout any changes in the waiting list.
If a patient registers on-site, they receive a written confirmation containing the appointment date, the name of the healthcare provider, and their contact details.
For phone, email, or online registrations, the appointment details will be communicated to the patient via the same channel.
If changes are made to the waiting list, the patient will be informed within one working day from the modification.
If the waiting time exceeds two months, the healthcare provider is obligated to notify the patient at least one month in advance about the appointment date and location.
